About
Placemarkt is a location bookmarking site for keeping track of places you visit. Think of it as a privacy-focused alternative to Yelp or Google Map's bookmarking functionality.
Why Placemarkt Exists
Instead of paying large map and review companies with your personal data, you pay Placemarkt a small annual fee. In return, you get a surveillance-free place to keep track of places you discover that's fast and easy to use.
Who Makes It
The site is run by one engineer, me. I'm always open to new feature requests, so should you have any suggestions, feel free to reach out to robert@placemarkt.net.
