Record and remember the places you love
Map your community with complete anonymity or social collaboration, using tags, filters and collections to create a digital journal of your favorite places.
Want to see a list of stuff ordered by proximity to your current location? There's a way to do that. Want to just grab the cafes nearest to you? That's easy too.
Your data belongs to you
Placemarkt is built on open data from OpenStreetMap. So unlike Google or Yelp, whatever location information you add to Placemarkt stays yours.
We don't play games. You can export your data anytime. It's also easy to opt out of social features and you will never be shown advertisements.
